Mrs Daisy Ruth Adams' Obituary
On September 27, 2024, Daisy Ruth Adams, 92 of Eclectic was welcomed peacefully into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ surrounded by family. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to so many. She was a godly woman who always offered prayer, love and a meal to everyone she encountered.
She is proceeded in death by her husband of 65 years, E.J. Adams, parents Jason and Lucille Johson, her sister Frances French and brother Frank Johnson. She is survived by her children Jim Adams (Jeanne), Johnny Adams (Felicia), and Angie Turner (late Frank Turner), her grandchildren, Hunter Adams(Ashley), Amber Tucker(Mike), Adam Turner (Holley), Abby Traylor (Shane), Amelia Quasebarth (Jimbo), Hannah Edwards (Chris), Georgia Abernathy (Tyler), Noah Adams and her great-grandchildren Devin, Jesse, Xander, Ian Luke, Jett, Beau, Blaze, Hannah, Madison, Baylor, Baxlee, Zane, Pierce, Payton, Ellison, JD,Axel and Nella Rose. Daisy has been a member of the community her whole life. She was a graduate of Elmore County High School and a member of Prospect Baptist church as well as a treasured member of her Sunday school class and the community. She made everyone feel welcome and loved in her church, community and home. She was the matriarch of a large, loving family and left a monumental legacy. She played a substantial role in adding to the Kingdom. She loved to sew, garden and watch her family play ball. She was exceedingly proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be immensely missed by all who know and love her, but she is now rejoicing with Jesus. On Sunday, September 29 2024 the family will receive friends at 1:30, funeral at 3:00 pm and graveside to follow at Prospect Baptist Church Eclectic AL.
