Visitation for Mr. Cody Lane Motes, 18, of Alexander City will be Monday, December 7, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Cody passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at his residence. He was born on November 7, 2002 in Montgomery, Alabama to Michael Wayne Motes and Stephanie Nichole Dennis Motes. Cody enjoyed gaming and making YouTube videos. He also enjoyed fishing and walking in the woods looking for turtles.
Cody is survived by his grandmother, Brenda Denise Dennis; brother, Michael Dewayne Motes, sister, Tiffany Brown; niece, Paige Elizabeth Welcher; nephew, DJ Brown; aunt, Katie Campbell; cousin, McKenzie Campbell; and great uncle, Steven Hoover.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandfather, Dan Terry Dennis; and great grandparents, Carl and Dixie Hoover.
