My mother, Vera Olive Stone Craft, is one of Claire’s first cousins. Our family was sorry to hear of her recent passing. I remember her as “Stubby” at the Lake Martin Wilson reunions. Fun times and memories for all. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days.
Claire was absolutely one of the sweetest ,nicest, ladies. She was a teacher at Laurel school and I was the secretary. Her room was next door to me in the office. We were so close. Best teacher ever. She sure will be missed. I loved her so much. Carolyn Grant
Claire was a dear friend from kindergarten through high school plus the many activities associated with school and church. I have fond memories of visiting her home, I was especially fascinated with her Mother's spinning wheel. Love and prayers to her familt. I know she will be missed by all her loved onrs.
