Mrs. Cathy Patten DuBose's Obituary
Graveside Service for Mrs. Cathy Patten DuBose, 73, of Alexander City, will be Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Hillview Memorial Park. Dr. Josh Sammons will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cathy P. DuBose passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025. Born on July 29, 1952, to Robert E. Lee Patten and Annie Lee Suggs Patten. Cathy is survived by her two sons, Joseph R. Fuller and Jonathan W. Fuller, her brother, James Darwin Patten, her niece, Elizabeth Rozanne (Mike) Schultz, her nephew, Austin Lee (Betty) Patten, and a special loved one, Elaine Patten Campbell. The bonds she shared with each of them were unique and filled with memories that will forever be treasured. Cathy was a proud graduate of SUSCC Nursing School. As we reflect on Cathy's life, we are reminded of the impact one person can have through a life lived with purpose and love. Her family finds comfort in the knowledge that she is at peace, and they are grateful for the time they shared with her. Though she may be gone from our sight, her spirit remains a guiding force in the lives of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Lee Patten, mother, Annie Lee Patten, and husband, William "Bill" Sanders DuBose, Sr.
