God called Carl home in the early morning of February 4, 2026. After a loving squeeze of the hand from his beloved wife, he was welcomed into Heaven by his loving heavenly father and all of his family and friends before him. Born on June 9th, 1942 to Lloyd Moore Boldin and Ruth Adelaide Wright Boldin, Carl was a loving example of faith and compassion throughout his 83 years on Earth. His devotion to his Christian beliefs was unwavering, and his life was a living testament to the values he held so dear.
Carl served his country with pride as a member of the United States Air Force, reflecting his selfless spirit and patriotism. No less important was his participation in the Faith Temple community, where he was a faithful member, deeply involved in the church's life and activities. His commitment to his faith was evident in the way he conducted his life, always striving to embody the love and teachings of Christ.
Those who knew Carl were familiar with his love for yard sales, but none more so than the famed Longest Yard Sale, which he looked forward to every year. It wasn’t just about the treasures he could find; it was about the joy of the journey, the people he would meet, and the stories that each trinket could tell.
In collaborating with his brother on numerous projects, Carl found great joy and satisfaction. This partnership went beyond just completing tasks; it was a bond of creativity, hard work, and laughter that only siblings could share so fully. He was indeed a family man at heart, prioritizing the wellbeing and happiness of his relatives above all else.
Always one to extend a helping hand, Carl was the embodiment of the Christian call to service. His compassion for others knew no bounds, and he was often seen assisting neighbors, friends, and even strangers with whatever trials they faced. His acts of kindness left an indelible mark on the community, a testament to a heart that genuinely understood the grace of giving.
Carl's life was one of love, service, and dedication - not only to his family and faith but to anyone whose life he touched. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, charity, and devoutness, traits that will forever be cherished and upheld by those who had the good fortune to cross paths with him. As we honor the memory of Mr. Carl Monroe Boldin, we celebrate the exemplary life he led and the countless hearts he touched with his generosity and unwavering faith. Heaven has gained a faithful servant, and we are left enriched by the memories and the love he shared so freely amongst us all.
