Mr. Billy Gene Jordan Jr.'s Obituary
Billy Gene Jordan, Jr., affectionately known to all as "Boo Boo”, 48, of New Site, passed away on October 22, 2025, in Alexander City, Alabama. Born on April 29, 1977, in Chicago, Illinois, Boo Boo's vibrant spirit and infectious laughter became a beacon of joy for everyone who knew him.
Boo Boo's life was one marked by generosity and selflessness. Those who had the pleasure of his company knew him as a man who would go to great lengths to bring a smile to someone's face. His sense of humor was unparalleled, and his ability to turn any situation into a moment of laughter will be remembered by all. Boo Boo's adventurous soul found solace in the great outdoors; he was most at home when he was hunting or fishing, embracing the beauty of nature.
Beyond his love for the outdoors, Boo Boo was a man who lived for others. His giving nature was evident in the way he would often put the needs of others before his own. He was a true giver, always extending a helping hand without expecting anything in return. This selflessness was a testament to his character and the love he had for his family and friends.
Boo Boo's memory will be cherished and kept alive by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted sister, Nancy (Wayne) Handley; his daughter, Billie Jordan (Ronnie) Robinson; his grandchildren, Kayden Coleman, Noelle Robinson, Nadia Robinson, and Nila Robinson. His legacy continues through his niece, Marie (Chris Norris) Waters; great-nephew, Kaleb Waters; great-nieces, Zoey Craven and Destini Norris; great-nephew, Ross Norris; nephew, Junior Handley; great-niece, Maddie Handley; and great-nephew, Landon Handley. Boo Boo also leaves behind three aunts, one uncle, and several cousins who will miss him dearly.
Preceding him in death were his father, Billy Gene Jordan, Sr., and his mother, Debbie Jordan, who instilled in him the values of kindness and compassion that he carried throughout his life.
Boo Boo's legacy is one of laughter, adventure, and boundless generosity. He was a man who lived life to the fullest, with a heart that was always open to giving. His spirit will continue to inspire those who knew him, and his memory will be a guiding light for his family and friends. Boo Boo's life was a testament to the power of humor, the importance of family, and the impact one person can have on the lives of many. He will be profoundly missed, but his stories, his laughter, and his love will echo in the hearts of those who loved him forever.
