Mrs. Betty Fennell's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Betty Davis Fennell, 78, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Alexander City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Fennell passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at her residence. She was born on February 7, 1944, in Alexander City, Alabama to Rev. James Otha Davis and Emma Pauline Dean Davis. Betty was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother as well as great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time in her garden planting flowers and baking cakes and other goodies for her family. Her hobbies included playing Rook and watching old westerns on television.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelia D. Fennell; grandchildren Lauren G. Powell (Ashlee), Forrest G. Fennell, Hampton F. Stalnaker (Brittnay); great-grandchildren, Annabella G. Skarecky, Kace L. Powell, Charleston P. Powell and Kinsley C. Fennell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Tracy L. Fennell; brothers, Billy Joe Davis, Bobby Dean Davis; sisters, Barbara Gail Davis, and Judy Faye Davis-Florine.
