Mr. Austin Miles Ward's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Austin Miles Ward, 23, of Auburn, Alabama, will be Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Dr. Matt Haines will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Ward passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at his residence. He was born on September 17, 1994 in Birmingham, Alabama to Raymond K. Ward and Connie S. Ward. He was a member of Sixth Street Baptist Church. Austin was a 2017 graduate of Auburn University where he received degrees in English and Psychology. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, going to the movies, out to eat and traveling. His hobbies included reading, listening to music, bike riding, and writing.
He is survived by his parents, Raymond K. and Connie S. Ward of Alexander City; sister, Megan D. Maddox (R.J.) of Auburn; grandparents, Miles H. and Willie R. Ward and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph M Harper and grandmother, Edna M. Harper.
