Mrs. Anna Marie "Nanaree" Reed's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Anna Marie Reed, 59, of Daviston, Alabama, will be Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Scott Jordan and Randy Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Daviston Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Reed passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Russell Medical. She was born on February 27, 1959 in Alexander City, Alabama to Melvin Dewey Jackson and Jewell Dean Jackson. Mrs. Reed loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. She loved growing flowers, taking her grandkids on adventures, fishing and sewing.
She is survived by her daughter, Misti D. Jackson (Jason) of Daviston; stepdaughter, Angela Ferguson; grandchildren, Daylin Goodwin, Reed Goodwin, Riley Goodwin, Sunni Claire Davis, Chris Johnson, and Lucas Miller; brother, Danny Cotney (Tamma); sisters, Teresa Eiland (Albert) and Melba Albright; and Godson, Clayton Crawford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Louis Reed; father, Melvin Dewey Jackson; mother, Jewell Dean Jackson; brother, Charles Cotney and niece, Sheena Coker.
