Mr. Allen Wesson's Obituary
Graveside Service for Mr. Allen Wesson, 47, of Kellyton, Alabama, will be Friday, January 24, 2020, 2:30 pm at Fellowship Cemetery. Alicia Crew will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday January 24, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Wesson passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Brookwood Medical Center. He was born on June 26, 1972 in Alexander City, Alabama to Charles Earl Wesson and Ruth Fuller Wesson. He was a big race fan who enjoyed everything from working on cars to attending the races with family. He was a good, old fashioned man and never backed down from helping people.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Wesson; brother, Eddie Roberts (April); close friends, Lonnie Simpson, and Jennifer Bowen; aunts, Reba K. Wesson, Linda Fuller, Alicia Crew, and Alice Bolan; uncle, Frank "Bug" Ingram; cousins, Karen Maddox (Barry), Stanley Baker, Mark Weldon (Jennifer), and many more cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Earl Wesson; grandparents, Velton and Clara Fuller, and Ted and Frances Wesson; aunt, Clara Reese Weldon; and uncle, James Simmons.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Radney Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
