Graveside Service for Ms. Patsy Blankenship, 71, of Alexander City, will be Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Hillview Memorial Park. Mr. Thomas Wallace will officiate.
Ms. Blankenship passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Russell Medical. She was born on August 2, 1949 in Alexander City, Alabama to the late Reuben Blankenship and Ruth Spraggins. Ms. Blankenship was a member of Hillabee Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time watching Wheel of Fortune. Patsy was a loving mother and Mimi, she will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Stewart (Joy); daughter, Brandi Griggs (Tyler); grandchildren, Bradley Stewart, Jacob Booker, McKenzie Griggs, and Blake Griggs; sisters, Lila Forbus (Robert) and Beth Campbell (Tony), and niece, Mandy Sepulveda (David)
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jimmy Blankenship, and grandson, Zach Griggs.
All visitations and services will be held in compliance with the mandated rules from Alabama Dept of Public Health.
