Mr. Tommy Guy Duck

Funeral Service for Mr. Tommy Guy Duck, 71, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Herron will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 12, 2022, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home. Mr. Duck passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, at residence. He was born on July 17, 1950, in Tallapoosa County to Guy Vernon Duck and Betty Sue Walton Duck. He was an active member of Lake Martin Baptist Church. He was a selfless, Godly man who always put others first. He enjoyed fishing, spending time on the lake and being with his family. Cooking was his favorite hobby and it gave him great pleasure to feed his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Sue Duck of Alexander City; son, Brandon Duck (Annie Bartol) of Alexander City; daughter, Alison Duck Adcock of Pike Road; stepsons, Christopher Ward of Dadeville and James Ward of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Lacey Ward, Crysta Ward, Jackson Adcock, Carter Adcock, Austin Ward, Haleigh Ward, and Maxwell Duck; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Connie D. Forehand (Steve) of Alexander City; sister-in-law, Marie Johnson (Ronny) of Sylacauga; and close friends, Larry and Phoebie Manley of Jackson’s Gap. He was preceded in death by his parents.
