Mrs. Ruby Dell McCall 1937 - 2021 Funeral Service for Mrs. Ruby Dell McCall, 83, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Weaver Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home. Mrs. McCall passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Dadeville Healthcare Center. She was born on July 30, 1937 in Evergreen, Alabama to Carey Alfred Lewis and Lydia Carolyn Blackman Lewis. Ruby was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her hobbies included fishing and playing card games. She is survived by her children, Darrell McCall (Peggy) of Elijah, GA, Sandra Roberts (Alan) of Alexander City, AL, Betty Jo McCall of New Orleans, LA, Wendell McCall (Marsha) of Grand Prairie, TX; grandchildren, Michael Roberts (Casey), Nicholas Roberts, Emily Roberts, Tyler Fayard (Kenny), McCall Fore (Robert Rapp) , Matthew McCall (Jennifer), Leigh Armstrong (Jacob), Thomas McCall, Nick Paulk, Jessica Paulk and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Herman Elbert McCall and her parents. Williams Funeral Home in Brewton, Alabama is in charge of the arrangements.
