Mr. George Eddie Arnold

Funeral Service for Mr. George Eddie Arnold, 77, of Kellyton, Alabama, will be Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Bro. Norman Strickling will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home. Mr. Arnold passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Russell Medical. He was born on April 12, 1944 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Jacob Leroy Arnold and Lavelle Dean Abrams. Eddie was a man of strong faith and was a U.S. Army veteran. For many years, he owned and operated his own Auto Paint & Body repair shop. Eddie had a servant’s heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He is survived by his grandson, Will Arnold of Phenix City; sister, Dianne Goodwin (Dwight) of Eastaboga; brothers, Rick Hamm (Tina) of Alexandria, Stan Carlton (Dianna) of Wetumpka, Charles Carlton (Marilyn) of Verona, VA, Lenny Arnold of Alex City, Ricky Arnold of Sylacauga, Bruce Arnold of Picayune, MS, Bobby Arnold of Charleston, SC and David Arnold of Ft. Walton, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Judy Hunter Arnold; and sons, Michael Casey Arnold and Mitchell Cole Arnold.
