My deepest sympathies,
As a good friend of my mums I could not have made it past my mums passing . Without Reana and another I would have given up . Reana was a blessing and an inspiration to so many and so loved her family ! She's probably playing yuker or walking in the surf with Linda Lyndsey right now !
Blessed are we to have been touched !
JJ
I am going to share a Rose in memory of Reana. I choice a rose because of its beauty, tender leaves, & everyone loves a Rose, but some thorns along with it. Reana had the beauty, a tender side, and also would speak her mind, it might just prick you a little bit, but never could you stay mad at her.. Her life to me was lived by the Power of God all these years. He used her as an example that your never to give up until it is your time. She fought a good fight and kept the Faith and she will receive her rewards. My fondest memory she gave me was being invited to her college graduation a couple of years ago. We were all so proud of her. She had set that goal for her life and started to Southern Union college right after finishing High School then had to face her worse nightmare (cancer ) What a fight she did thru it all and God allowed her to live many years to show us how God can do a miracle. Couple years ago she was determined to go back to college even though she was now in her 40's but graduated in the top of her class with highest grade point average. As I watched her walk the stage she had never looked anymore beautiful, or happy, as she was that day. Reana I know you are now reaching the highest level of JOY, HAPPINESS, PEACE, AND NO PAIN, BUT I KNOW YOU : the best is seeing Jesus and sitting down at his feet, I'm sure they have asked you to please sing a special for them. Thank you for all the special songs you sang for us..We will all remember and miss you Reana so until we meet again know I am glad you reached your goal! HEAVEN! Good bye for now my sweet friend, Gwen Bailey

Reana was my first friend when my family started going to church at Mellow Valley. She invited me to go to a Sunday school class outing at the lake and that's where I got to know Darian Bailey, my husband now for 21 years tomorrow. Thanks for your friendship Reana! We'll see each other again someday!
