Randy Anderson

Randy is the owner and manager of Radney's Funeral Home. He was born at the old Russell Hospital in Alexander City . He has resided in New Site for most of his life.

Randy is a graduate of New Site High School . He attended Central Alabama Community College and graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a degree in secondary education with majors in biology and political science. Before coming to Radney's, Randy taught science in the Tallapoosa County School System. He graduated from the mortuary science program at Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham.

Randy is licensed as a Funeral Director and Embalmer by the State of Alabama and The Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards of the United States . Randy is also a life member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice and has attained the designation of Certified Funeral Service Professional (CFSP).

Randy is a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church . He currently represents District Five on the Tallapoosa County Board of Education. He is married to the former Kim Koon and they have two sons, Ryan and Brayden.

Randy has been with Radney's since 1995.
